This service gives you a fully customized  maintenance plan that includes monthly checks allowing us to identify and take care of any small issues before they become big ones, and certainly help you minimize and manage your budget.

When you sign up for the Maintenance Management service you receive:

  • A customized preventative maintenance plan with maintenance checklist covering every room in your home

  • Monthly maintenance - property checks each month taking care of everything on your checklist

  • Seasonal maintenance

  • Detailed monthly reports accessible through our online portal, including accounting and budget report

  • 24-hr emergency service hotline

  • Access to our network of vetted licensed, bonded and fully insured contractors for any major repair work including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems

  • Project Management services including finding, scheduling, overseeing and paying contractors for minor and major repairs and renovations

Monthly home maintenance services are fully customizable and can include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly interior and exterior walk through inspections

  • Check all doors and windows, including glass and screens

  • Roof and gutter cleaning

  • Inspect, clean or replace HVAC filters 

  • Check for or repair any foundation or building cracks

  • Test sump pumps

  • Test CO/Smoke detectors

  • Check fire extinguishers

  • Product control and replacement - light bulbs, batteries, etc.

  • Replace any light bulbs

  • Clean refrigerator coils

  • Add/replace freshener to refrigerator

  • Replace drinking water filters

  • Run clean cycle on washing machine

  • Check and repair tub/shower/sink caulking

  • Check tile grout

  • Clean faucet aerators

  • Outdoor areas

    • Leaf, snow and debris removal​

  • Handyman services up to $200 (time + cost)

  • Custom checks based on client needs
